Blogging is hip (?)

I realize blogging is cool (again). So, I am totally hopping on that wagon. But I have noticed that most people blog about their particular area of expertise-For example, my bf blogs about art, I know nothing about art. I really have no area of expertise, except horses. So, I guess I could write about horse happenings, or do tutorials of the equestrian nature, but really? Plus no one would really understand, unless they happen to know about horses. Then it would be silly for them to read about horse stuff they already know. There can be no profound opinions when it comes to horses-you either like them or you don't
My art seems to be lost on the blog world.
So then why am I blogging?
Because, as I already mentioned, it is cool and hip. Progressive, really.
Now I can talk about my blog at parties.
